TACUSPA’s New Professional's Institute is created for higher education and student affairs professionals in their first four years. This engaging institute creates space for new professionals to come together around their shared experiences, challenges, and aspirations as they navigate the first stages of their careers. The day begins with an interactive CliftonStrengths session tailored to the unique experiences and challenges of new professionals, helping participants identify how their talents can guide their early career decisions. A collaborative working lunch with participants from all TACUSPA Institutes and facilitators continues the strengths-based conversation. Afternoon sessions will focus on core professional development themes and foundational tools for navigating early career stages. Whether you're clarifying your goals or building your voice in the profession, this institute provides guidance, resources, and a supportive community to help you develop a renewed excitement for your journey in Student Affairs.
