Justin’s professional experience includes over twenty years in administrative and executive positions in higher education. These roles have included leadership in student services, finance and accounting, innovation, and people management. Justin is a Professor of Management at the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. He teaches courses in critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication. He serves as a course lead in the First Year Integrated Core and the Assistant Director of Miami PRIME. |

Austin State University, Texas Tech University, and Washington University in St. Louis. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams and led impactful initiatives that strengthen connection, persistence, and student success. Urisonya holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Research from Texas Tech University and remains actively engaged in the profession through her service on the TACUSPA Foundation Board and the TCCSAO Executive Board. |
