JOB DESCRIPTION

UD is currently seeking an Acquisitions Assistant to provide structured support services for the Acquisitions department. This individual will assist in the acquisitions of library materials by using selection lists, processing received materials, preparing materials for cataloging, and processing donations and gifts, and have the opportunity to assist with updating and maintaining records for the library’s online bookstore.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma/GED.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree.
• Prior library experience or training.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• This is a part time position that requires the ability to work rotating weekends when needed.
